Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using martomni.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service.

Order Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

  • We will send an order confirmation email; this is not acceptance, only acknowledgment.

  • Order is considered accepted when we ship the product.

Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.

  • For prepaid orders, payment must be confirmed before processing.

  • For COD, payment is due upon delivery in cash.

Limitation of Liability

Mart Omni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
