Mart Omni Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Socks must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Socks without original packaging or tags.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship it back to us via the courier we specify (return shipping cost is borne by customer).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (though shipping is free, this is for policy completeness).

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. If you want a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
