1. How do I place an order?

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay cash when your order arrives
  • Bank Transfer - Easypaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfer
3. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! COD is available nationwide. You only pay when your order reaches your doorstep. No additional charges for COD.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

5. How will I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. If you don't receive one, please contact our support team.

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over RS.2,000
  • Delivery available across all of Pakistan
7. How many days will delivery take?
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on your location
  • Major cities: 3-4 days
  • Other cities: 5-7 days
8. Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver to all cities across Pakistan - including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and smaller cities as well.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order directly on the TCS, Leopards, or respective courier website.

10. Will you call me before delivery?

Yes! Our courier partner will call you before delivery to confirm your availability.

11. What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?

The courier willattempt delivery againthe next day. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
